PWD please find a new place ( large vacant lot) for these tweakers to build there forts. Get them of the streets and out of the parks.

This is unacceptable. Well the h... Is the Mayor? I've never seen this before. Allowing the homeless to take over a children's play area is insane. Find a huge lot, sanitary facilities, what ever they need in one area. Add a playground for their use only if that's what they want. This is not right. Looks like Libby can't handle her job.

They like to stay close to their bottle collection point on 36th off MLK. Some guy comes over in a pick up truck and pays them for their glass by weight both night and day. I hear them breaking bottles into the evening. They line up on MLK under freeway waiting in line for their turn. Was about 10 deep last Friday. Took up the whole sidewalk.

This remains unchanged, indeed, there are at least 5 more encampments. This used to be a place where neighbors could take their kids and dogs. No more, now it's essentially an open sewer.

Daisy, please contact Libby, the mayor. People need to start complaining. One or two isn't enough. Allowing the homeless to set up camps in city parks is unacceptable, I don't care what the reason is behind it. If she doesn't make sure she's a one time mayor.
