Description
Firstly : People digging etc on this "project" were caught stealing water from the hydrant...across the street...during the drought...secondly...people on this "project" are filling up the sidewalk with vehicles and essentially blocking our sidewalks...ignoring any problems that they have created by doing so...third-party..our neighbors are reporting that they are getting sick from the pollution caused by this project...it's becoming an environmental impact nightmare !
