Daisy, what's going to happen at best is that a certain encampment site is going to be forced to move and cleaned. They will then probably find another site or move back after the clean-up. This will continue to happen because Oakland does not have the political will to do something about it. Moreover, what is also happening is the other homeless from other cities will migrate to Oakland because the lack of any action policy. Haven't you noticed that the homeless encampments have exponentially grew in such a short time?
