Hello! Thank you for your efforts in our parks! Not sure I located the issue correctly, but it is mostly centered around the meadow area beside sanborn drive at JM Road.
1. There is a children's group in and around the meadow when I hike there Wednesdays. This morning (and frequently in recent years) they had an active fire in the small picnic area near the outhouse. Seems a bad idea.
2. The adults watching the kids frequently take them off trail - mostly between Sunset and Sunset Loop trails. Several bare dirt slides have resulted. Not good.
3. The drain near that outhouse clogged again during our big winter rains. The creek daylighted itself! Please make that permanent, or assign someones to keep that drain clear. It clogs every year.
4. Trucks come in to collect the dumpsters, adding to the destruction of the meadow. Please place the dumpsters somewhere more accessible to the trucks.
