Need signage and painted crosswalk at intersection of Marlow and Foothill Way. Left-turning cars do not pay attention or recognize that there is a crosswalk. Drivers think turning left is an on ramp to freeway. It's part of a residential street. Today, a car veered into the opposing lane of traffic to avoid hittling a group of kids walking across the street. Car didn't even try to stop. This happens frequently. Just last week a car screeched to a stop as people were crossing. Car behind the first car slammed on brakes to avoid collision. This also occurs with oncoming traffic travelling straight. Signs are needed to indicate YIELD TO PEDESTRIANS and ONCOMING TRAFFIC.
