Description
at the corner of School and Champion around the corner of 3103 Champion Street on the sidewalk are multiple pieces of stool smeared toilet paper . This School/Champion Street crossroads is a big problem. It has become a target for anyone slowing down at this intersection to throw out their trash and NOW their used stool smeared toilet paper. Also at this intersection people do not stop at the 4 way stop signs. With more presence of the police just driving this intersection in their patrols would help make this intersection undesirable for the cruddy buddies that litter and now poop on the sidewalk!
