Homeless encampment has appeared by the highway pillar furthest from the entrance. Used to be one tent, but as of today it's two. Don't have a problem with tents in the park, but this is a huge safety problem for dogs using the park and whoever is living in those tents. Dogs run off leash here and could very easily run right into these tents and people.
