  The City Works Dept, PG&E and EBMUD have all been made aware of the hollow areas under the asphalt, depressions and potential for collapse. Residents were told the road was to be repaved starting last month. When will we receive an update?? Valley View between Pinehaven & BeauForest has numerous sections like this...but this is one of the worst. To Tony's point, this is a hazard and safety issue for both walking and driving and needs to be addressed before someone gets really hurt. If the backlog of money is the excuse and the road deteriorates further or collapses, this will cost a lot more than just to repair.
